we enter the 21st century, profound changes from all fronts of
human civilization and the environment have initiated a heightened
sense of global consciousness regarding not only environmental
preservation but the very survival of our own species. I consider
my art work and the various messages therein to be a platform
of contemplation and reflection on the significance of our species’
existence in relation to the natural world.”
